Neon Background

I credit my yonger brother for the shape of the design. This design was intended to make it seem like the lights are glowing from beneath a cut metallic sheet. First I cut out the lines and gave them a free-form gradient. I made a duplicate and added a gaussian blur to the coloured layer. Finally, I added a very slight gradient on the background.
