The Sea Caves

"These ancient caves used to be above sea level many thousands of years ago and were home to a small enclave of hermits. Over the millennia, the cliff sunk into the ocean and the sea has washed away their presence except for a small shrine, damaged from the briny air. Only a few months ago, as Dalmroosh was searching for a suitable lair, a storm washed him deep into the kelp forest. During his escape, he happened upon the cave and decided to make it his home." The caves were the lair of a merrow necromancer, Dalmroosh, who was killing fishers from Fisher's Cove to use in his experiments. Hand drawn, coloured and edited in GIMP.
